Safety Information:

Some items such as electrcal replacement parts for spa pools and swimming pools should be installed by a qualified electrical service technitian.  It is the purchasers responsibility to ensure that spas and pools equipment is installed to the manufacturers recommendations and requirements.  Failure to do so may void any warranty given.

Shipping Information:

All goods will be shipped first working day after payment has been received.  Shipping is usually with 1 to 2 days but can be at times a few days for rural addresses.  

In the unusual situation that the good are out of stock you will be notified immediatly.  

All goods are couriered and can be traced.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure correct address is given on ordering for shipping, please notify us if couriers do not deliver to you address so we can ensure you are aware of your orders drop off point.

Returns and refunds

Spa Pools Otago will gladly exchange any items ordered by mistake with the correct item.

Faulty goods will be repaired or replaced under the warranty conditions of the item.

Spa Pools Otago will only accept returns in unused, brand new condition in orignial packaging.  Return postage is at customers expense.

Custom covers are not able to be returned unless there is a factory or error from Spa Pools Otago regarding delivery

Damaged good:  Please notify us as soon as possible so a replacement can be organised for you.

All refunds are by way of bank transfer.
